Meet Todd Serulneck
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
I partner with owners and CEOs of primarily small and medium-sized businesses to solve financial risks and headaches. My philosophy when working with clients is Culture first, Strategy second, and Execution third. Integrity is a given and never compromised.
I specialize in providing expert finance and accounting services for small and medium-sized SaaS and Consumer Product businesses. I help my clients accelerate growth, increase profitability, improve the value of their company, and achieve their business objectives.
I have over a decade of experience launching and growing businesses in the SaaS and Consumer Products space.
BACKGROUND
My career has spanned being a divisional CFO for Walmart and previously in a finance role at Office Depot. I earned a BA in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia University’s Columbia School of Business.

MY HISTORY
I grew up in the suburbs of Boston, MA. My wife and I met in college and stayed in the area for the early part of our careers. Our careers have taken us up and down the East Coast of the US. We now live in Charlotte, NC, with our two daughters.
I am a strong believer in giving back to the community and those who serve our country. I am a volunteer mentor to veterans, and during my complimentary CFO office hours, I provide free consults to earliest-stage companies.
I am active with the Fort Mill Toastmasters and the B2B Solutions Group and frequent events on entrepreneurship, startups, private equity, and former military leaders.
